Return Policy:

We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective items for exchange or refund within 14 days of ship date.

We are unable to accept returns of earrings that have been worn for hygienic reasons. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information on items you are interested in before making your purchase.

Custom made items are not returnable.

We will repair or replace jewelry with manufacturing defects at no cost within 60 days of the purchase date. We reserve the right to not repair, or to add a cost to items returned after the 60 day period. Manufacturing defects do not include: general wear and tear, broken chains, scratches, tarnish or plating that is fading.

Conditions: If you are returning a defective item, a refund will be given upon inspection. The item(s) must be either in the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent being crushed or damaged during shipment. Any items that are damaged in transit due to incorrect packaging, are subject to a higher repair cost or may be deemed unqualified for replacement.

Repairs and Replacements:

We want you to enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible. We also understand that accidents happen.

If you need to exchange your jewelry because it’s the wrong size, please contact us.

If you need to have your jewelry repaired, please contact us for a quote.

If you need to have your jewelry polished or re-plated, please contact us for a quote.

If you’ve lost one earring of a pair, the cost for a replacement will usually be 50% of the current price. Please contact us for a quote.
